By accessing our platform, IskulTech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Description of Service

IskulTech provides an AI-powered educational toolkit designed for teachers, including but not limited to AI lesson planners, AI quiz generators, and classroom management tools synced with Google Classroom. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at our discretion.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

As a user of IskulTech, you agree not to:

  • Submit prompts or documents that contain illegal, hateful, or explicit content.
  • Attempt to bypass or manipulate the AI generation limitations of your current subscription tier.
  • Upload personal data of students without the proper consent required by your local educational institution.
  • Resell or redistribute the AI-generated content commercially without authorization.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Pro Tier"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually). All payments are non-refundable unless legally required otherwise. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability

IskulTech utilizes generative AI to create educational materials. While we strive for accuracy, the generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. Teachers are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content (lesson plans, quizzes, answers) before presenting them to students. IskulTech shall not be held liable for any academic disputes or damages arising from the use of our generated materials.
